Do I have to pay a fee for your service?

Absolutely not. We will never charge you a fee to help you find a new position. Our goal is to help you find a job that match your skills, flexibility needs and career aspirations.

Am I an employee of Masterson’s or the client?

When you’re placed in a flex or flex-to-hire job, you will be an employee of Masterson Staffing Solutions. On a direct hire basis, you will immediately become an employee of our client company.

Is Masterson a temp service?

No. We’re a full-service staffing agency that can place you in flex, flex-to-hire or direct hire positions.

How often do I get paid?

After the first week of work, you’ll be paid on a weekly basis. You can choose to receive your check by mail, pick it up at one of our offices, or sign up for direct deposit.

Do you offer benefits?

Yes. We offer excellent benefit opportunities to our long-term employees including vacation and holiday pay, as well as 401(k) after a certain number of hours completed. We also have medical benefits available to all of our employees. Check out our Benefits page to learn more.

How long do I need to work for Masterson before I qualify for benefits?

Some benefits are available immediately, while others require that you’re a Masterson employee for a certain period of time.
