New Hire Announcement – Vice President of Finance

Masterson Staffing Solutions is pleased to announce that Ryan Van De Wynkel has joined the company and will serve as its Vice President of Finance.
Ryan brings 20 years of financial, accounting and operational experience to Masterson, including 14 years of public accounting practice, as well as 6 years working in the private sector. Most recently, Ryan held a leadership position at Worrell, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN, which specializes in healthcare design and strategy. There Ryan helped drive efficiencies, operational changes and data-driven reporting that led to enhanced top line and bottom line growth. Prior to that, Ryan was a Senior Accountant with Cummings, Keegan & Co. PLLP, where he spent over a decade consulting with closely-held businesses on their tax and financial needs.
Ryan is a CPA and a member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University, St. Paul.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys being outdoors, exercising and cheering on his two daughters in their respective sports and activities.
