Masterson Staffing Solutions’ services are free for job seekers. Our fees are paid by our client companies looking for qualified candidates to fill their staffing needs.

Apply online or visit one of our convenient locations. Once we review your application, you may be contacted for a preliminary interview to discuss your skills, experience, and job preferences.  

While on a temporary or temporary-to-hire assignment, you will be a Masterson Staffing Solutions employee until you are hired permanently by the client. During your assignment, you will follow the work direction of the client company while being paid by Masterson. If you are hired on a direct hire basis, you will immediately become an employee of our client company.

We do offer temporary job opportunities, but that’s just part of what we offer. As a full-service staffing agency we offer temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire opportunities. Whether you are looking for job flexibility, an opportunity to get your foot in the door at top employers or want to take the next step in your career, Masterson is here for you!

After the first week of work, you’ll be paid weekly. You can be paid by rapid! PayCard® or choose to receive a paycheck by mail, pick it up at one of our offices, or sign up for direct deposit.

You’re eligible for some of the benefits we offer right away, but others have a waiting period. The Masterson team will discuss benefits, how many hours you must work to be eligible and any relevant timelines with you in detail. They will have you fill out all necessary forms and provide resources for you to understand everything you need to know
