The “Masterson Staffing Trivia Contest” is sponsored by Masterson Staffing Solutions (“Sponsor”). This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in this contest, every entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and understands that the results of the contest are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
This promotion is in no way associated with or sponsored, endorsed, administered by Facebook or Sharp. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook or Sharp.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and currently reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan or Iowa. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
The contest will begin at 12:00 a.m. (CST) on March 12, 2018 and end at 11:59 p.m. (CST) on April 8, 2018. All entries must be received within this stated time period. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their own discretion.
Participants will be asked to answer the following trivia question: “Masterson Staffing has been headquartered in Minnesota since 1968. In what year did we first expand out of state?”
You can enter the contest by completing all the required fields and submitting the entry on the contest entry page at mastersonstaffing.com. After submitting the required information, the entrant will receive one entry into the contest. Participants are only allowed to enter once.
All eligible entries will be gathered in a database at the end of the entry period. Those entries that correctly answer the trivia question will be separated and one winner will be chosen at random from that segment. If there is not a correct answer, the Sponsor will then randomly select the winner from entries that are the closest to the correct answer. If there are multiple correct answers, the Sponsor will then randomly select the winner from the correct entries The Sponsor reserves to investigate possible cheating or tampering before determining a winner.
Winners will be notified via email or telephone on or about April 10, 2018. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within three (3) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
The winner will receive a 60” Sharp AQUOS 4K Ultra HD Smart TV.
Terms and conditions may apply. Any incidental expenses or other costs associated with the award, acceptance, receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. In addition, all federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
